Term's & Condition's

  • Payment options are bank transfer, cash or cheque; details will be provided upon booking
  • Price includes delivery, set up and collection for venues within a 15 mile radius from Sutton’s Treats HQ (LN2). Any distance further will incur a delivery charge based on per mile travelled
  • A non-refundable 20% deposit of the booking value is required to secure your booking and date
  • Hire costs must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to your occasion. If the balance has not been paid by this point, the booking will be presumed cancelled and the date will become available for another booking
  • Cancellation charges apply; you will be charged 50% of the booking value if cancelled within 4 weeks and the full booking value if cancelled within 2 weeks of your occasion
  • Photographs may be taken by Sutton’s Treats staff during and following set up of products and equipment and may be used for publicity purposes

Nut Allergies & Safety Warnings

  • Please note that some of the sweets may contain or have traces of nuts or nut oils; or may have been made alongside other products containing nuts. Sutton’s Treats cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from food allergies
  • Please note plastic containers are used on the sweetie cart and trolley for the safety of you and your guests and to limit breakages (broken or missing items may be chargeable)
  • Once in place, products and equipment must only be moved by Sutton’s Treats staff
  • Sutton’s Treats are not liable for any injury caused as a result of incorrect use of products and equipment (including moving)
  • Children should be supervised whilst using the products and equipment as some sweets could pose a choking hazard
